Publication Ethics

Publication decision

The editor is responsible for deciding which articles submitted to the journal should be published.

Editors may be guided by the discretion of the journal's editorial board and limited by legal requirements that will

apply to defamation, copyright infringement and plagiarism. Editors can negotiate

with other editors or reviewers in making this decision.

Be Fair

An editor evaluates manuscripts at all times for their intellectual content regardless of race,

gender, sexual orientation, religious belief, ethnic origin, nationality, or political philosophy

writer.

Confidentiality

Editors and any editorial staff may not disclose any information about manuscripts that

sent to anyone other than the author concerned, reviewers, prospective reviewers, advisors

other editorials, and publishers, as appropriate.
