Hak Ekonomi
1. Hak untuk Menggandakan (Reproduction Rights): Penulis memiliki hak eksklusif untuk membuat salinan dari karya mereka.
2. Hak Distribusi (Distribution Rights): Penulis dapat mendistribusikan karya mereka, termasuk menjual atau memberikan karya tersebut kepada publik.
3. Hak untuk Menyampaikan kepada Publik (Communication to the Public Rights): Penulis dapat mengontrol penyiaran atau penayangan karya mereka melalui media elektronik atau lainnya.
4. Hak Adaptasi (Adaptation Rights): Penulis memiliki hak untuk membuat karya turunan atau adaptasI dari karya asli mereka, seperti terjemahan atau adaptasi ke dalam format lain.

Hak Moral
1. Hak Pencantuman Nama (Right of Attribution): Penulis berhak untuk diakui sebagai pencipta karya.
2. Hak Integritas (Right of Integrity): Penulis dapat mencegah perubahan yang merusak atau merendahkan karya mereka.
3. Hak Publikasi (Right of Disclosure): Penulis memiliki hak untuk memutuskan kapan dan bagaimana karya mereka akan dipublikasikan (selama tidak menyalahi aturan dari penerbit artikel).

Economic Rights

1. Reproduction Rights: The author has the exclusive right to make copies of their work.
2. Distribution Rights: The author can distribute their work, including selling or giving it to the public.
3. Communication to the Public Rights: The author can control the broadcasting or displaying of their              work through electronic or other media.
4. Adaptation Rights: The author has the right to create derivative works or adaptations from their                  original work, such as translations or adaptations into other formats.

Moral Rights

1. Right of Attribution: The author has the right to be recognized as the creator of the work.
2. Right of Integrity: The author can prevent alterations that damage or demean their work.
3. Right of Disclosure: The author has the right to decide when and how their work will be published (as         long as it does not violate the publisher's regulations).
